Suggestions, please!

What are the best no-bake cheesecake recipes to make that use a graham cracker crust?

I have Cool Whip, cream cheese, and other basic necessities, but not whipping cream.  I need some great ideas! 🙂

… and if you share a great idea and I try it, you know I’ll blog about it!

I'm Bonnie. I'm a pharmacy technician and new wife to Bogdan. I love cooking, usually without recipes. I love good sales and coupons, but haven't quite figured out the best way to find them. I make the typical new-wife mistakes and have burned my share of cookies. I like a cold house and a hot shower all year long.

Most of my cheesecake recipes are not of the no-bake variety (but I have some really easy baked cheesecake recipes that I’d love to share with you sometime) but here are two no-bake cheesecakes you might like!

    No-Bake Lime Cheesecake:

    16 ounces cream cheese
1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/3 cup lime juice
    1/2 teaspoon lime zest (optional)

Beat the cream cheese and the condensed milk together with an electric mixer until smooth. Blend in the lime juice and zest and pour into the crust. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

    No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake:

    8 ounces cream cheese
    1/4 cup sugar
    4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted
    8 ounces Cool Whip

Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and melted chocolate with a whisk or electric mixer until smooth. Stir in the Cool Whip and pour into the crust. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight.

  4. I actually make this no bake recipe for my mason jar cheesecakes – I’m sure it would work for your full size dessert as well! It’s tasty AND easy! http://seasonedwithsarcasm.wordpress.com/2011/07/12/mason-jar-obsession-no-bake-cheesecake/

I mixed about half and half cream cheese with strained greek yogurt (my homemade really thick version), a splash of vanilla and some brown sugar. It was fantastic served on top of crushed vanilla wafers and blueberries. Could easily make it into a no bake cream cheese pie.
