Yesterday we had visitors again, and I decided to make Jalapeno Poppers. We needed to do some grocery shopping anyway, so I figured we’d pick some jalapenos up at Walmart while we were out. Unfortunately, Walmart didn’t have any jalapenos!
I bought anheim peppers instead. They are slightly larger, but equally delicious. This recipe, which you can find on my sister Tammy’s site, originally came from my sister-in-law Candy.
It is very, very easy and so delicious!
One of the best things about this recipes is that after you remove the ribs and seeds from the peppers, even jalapenos are not incredibly hot! (If my mom can eat this recipe, anyone can. :))
Unfortunately, I was too busy making pizza and talking with our guests to remember to take pictures when they were finished baking. And of course, there we no leftovers! Make sure you check out the recipe with Tammy’s great photos!
